Sonnenberg Gardens on Mother’s Day

We have been going to Sonnenberg Gardens since the 80’s, and we are really happy that the state took it over and are restoring it.  It was a beautiful, sunny day, for a switch, (Mother’s Day is usually cold and rainy) so we had an enjoyable day. The first thing we saw, were geese and their goslings. Like we need more geese, but the goslings are so cute!

Sunset

It was so nice to see both the sunrise and sunset today after days of nothing but clouds and snow.

Still Lovin’ the Camera!

I never know what photos I’ll end up with when I go for a walk.  I love the element of mystery.

The Sun

I don’t get to see the sunset at my home, so I watched for it at my Mom’s home last night.

While there wasn’t anything spectacular about it, it was nice to see the sun even though it still isn’t that warm out. I hope you’re enjoying the sunshine wherever you live!

Thinking Warm Thoughts

It’s been so cold for so long, or what seems like so long, that I’m having thoughts of nice warm weather in hot, sunny places.

Mmmm, warm, bright sunshine. I hope you can “feel” it with me!
